Welcome Back!
You have no idea how excited I am to have English 8H this year!  What an absolute privilege it is to teach this group...again!  Last year, we worked on developing insight into literature, elaboration through commentary in our writing, using our knowledge of roots and affixes to determine the meanings of words, and developing sentences with various structures, among other things.  We will continue those skills applying critical and creative thinking to our work.  You guys are amazing and I can't wait to see what you come up with this year!
